DESIGN PROCESS
Once you've placed your order, we will email you to ask for your wording and to discuss any color changes you'd like. 

We’ll then email you an initial digital proof of your design. At this stage you can approve the design or request any changes you’d like. Two complimentary rounds of changes are included with your order. Once you’ve proof read and approved your final proof, your design will be printed and delivered.

TURN AROUND TIME
Please allow around 3 weeks between placing your order and delivery of your stationery. Your order may be sent earlier, but this depends on how quickly you supply the wording and how many amends are needed. If you require a faster turn around, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
