We have a 07-day return policy, which means you have 07 days after receiving your item to request a return.
1. Change your mind about a purchase? Returns are accepted if returned in exchange for Theory of Two Studio Store Credit only. Only clothes that are unworn unaltered, unwashed and in its original packaging with returns label still attached can be returned/ exchanged.
For exchanges, kindly indicate the new size/ color you'd like to exchange with via email@example.com. If the item requested is not available in stock, we will have to give you store credit instead. If you'd like to exchange to a different item altogether, we will first refund you in store credit and you may place a new order for the item.
Gift cards, sale and markdown items are also non-returnable and non-exchangeable

We do reserve the right not to allow the return of products or refund of any transactions although the condition above is met.
2. How do I return? You can return the product directly to the address outlined on the receipt received on delivery of the product. We ask you to return the product without delay, together with the receipt to the address outlined on the receipt. The costs incurred in the return of the product are payable by you.
Alternatively, you may drop by our studio and try it on yourself to get the perfect fit. Kindly make an appointment before heading over to assist you better.
3. For defects/ wrong items sent? Shipping costs may be refunded on faulty items only if the entire order is being returned and the customer provides proof of the shipping amount. However, if the item is no longer available, a gift certificate store credit with no expiry will be issued. Postage charges incurred will be refunded via together. There will strictly not be any cash refunds.
